1. Collection of Personal Information

Tri4 Pest Control Pty Ltd ('Tir4', 'we', 'us') collects personal information necessary to provide pest management services, including names, property addresses, contact details, and payment information. We may also collect sensitive information regarding health (e.g., allergies) strictly for safety purposes. This collection is conducted in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), and the Health Records Act 2001 (Vic).

2. Use of Information & Marketing Consent

We use your data to schedule services, process payments, and maintain treatment history logs required by Victorian law. By providing your contact details, you expressly consent to receiving service reminders and safety notifications via SMS or email. You may opt-out of marketing communications at any time, but safety-related notifications (e.g., chemical re-entry times) cannot be opted out of.

3. Disclosure to Third Parties

  • To the Department of Health (Vic) or relevant regulatory bodies if required for chemical usage auditing.
  • To debt collection agencies in the event of payment default.
  • We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others.
  • Data is stored on secure servers. If data is transferred to cloud providers outside Australia, we take reasonable steps to ensure compliance with the APPs.

4. Access and Correction

Under the Privacy Act, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and request corrections. Requests should be directed to our office.
